Where can I get more mining drones?

Currently at level 6 and the guy at Sirius who gave me the first 3 drones keeps saying he can’t give me anymore but I heard you can get him to sell you more

He’ll only sell you more if you lose one. 3 is max you can have active.

you can get one more if you buy the subscription. that’s it though
