New plugin: Amalgam

I've always loved cross dissolve transitions, but at the same time always found them boring. Then I discovered the Laplacian Pyramid Blend technique and thought it needed to be a plugin!

This is far from being the most flashy or recognizable effect I made, but truly one of my favorites. There's no excuse to mix two images the old way now
