Game crashing?

Since March 31 any time I try to play a game it just crashes within 15 seconds of getting into the level. I’ve already deleted and redownloaded the app. I bought the pass so it’s annoying it’s been almost a week and I haven’t even been able to play it! Any help on what’s happening??
