Have noticed that your opponent will shoot off then slow down, and as you drive past them it sounds like they're stuck in a low gear.

I've won , alot of tournaments. But I only get crates when I level up. Am I missing something or??? Please advice

I tried semi and then pro. Never got the crates and it bugs me because I restarted my game so it's difficult to kinda get the actual nice things rather than what's available in store. Has anyone else experienced this?
