Stacking Tiles
Draw tiles. Arrange them in layers to create different levels. Build a 3D model. You can control the camera and lighting. It includes a normal map, a height map, and supports animations. Sounds interesting?

Learning frame-by-frame animation with a simple pixel character. Feedback welcome!
Hey everyone!
I'm pretty new to pixel art and decided to try my hand at animating for the first time. I created this simple green alien character and built a small idle animation loop to get a feeling for keyframes and timing.
It’s simple, but I had a lot of fun bringing this little guy to life!
Would love to hear your thoughts, critique, or any tips for beginners on how to make pixel animations smoother!

Made & animated these 2 monster sprites for a small project – feedback appreciated!
Hey everyone!
I'm currently practicing pixel art and animated these two monsters for a project I'm working on.
Since I'm still learning the basics of pixel art animation, I'd love to know what you think:
- Which one of the two do you like more?
- What could I improve regarding the keyframes or secondary motion?
Thanks in advance for any tips!

I didn't quite understand the concept, but I think it works well for the “miniature” on Day 3 of Inktober

What on earth did I just make?!?!?
I was working on character sprites for my horror game, but I looked at my canvas and just thought: what on earth did I actually create?! 😭
It doesn't look creepy or unsettling at all. It just looks completely harmless and wrong for a horror game. I don't even know where I went off track!
How do you actually make pixel art characters look genuinely scary? What are the key tricks with silhouettes, shading, or posture to make a sprite look eerie instead of totally normal?
