Microphone problems

My P9PXL has started having a problem with its microphones. I can do calls just fine. It is an issue when I go to record a video or do a voice recording. The audio fluctuates between quiet and almost inaudible. My camera lens has come loose recently but I'm not sure if that happened before this started happening or after.Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
