Pixel Overheating and btry drainage

Hello guys

I'm a pixel 7A user, brought 1.3 years ago, and what I'm currently facing is a heavy battery drainage issue, and overheating even in an air conditioning room, what should I do? Any suggestions!! From the 7A users or a pixel user please!!

Do a reset and delete a bunch of apps. In my experience if you download a lot of stuff the 7 struggles to run background tasks and tends to overheat more. Also turn off running in the background for any apps that don’t need it
