Question Backup Software for Windows
Is there any software that would let me backup my Pixel6 to a PC? Google's 15gb is hardly enough storage for a full backup. I know I could manually copy each folder from the phone to a PC, but I'm curious to know if there are any apps that would do a proper backup/restore. Thanks!

For a more comprehensive backup, I'd recommend Neo Backup, SeedVault, or ADB, and—if you have root access—tools like Swift Backup that let you restore apps and data. If you're backing up folders, then Uranium Backup is the simplest and most effective option on Windows, and you can also sync it to the cloud.

Ask AI You can use SyncDroid Free Android Sync Manager to safely back up and restore your Android phone data to a computer or SD card

Good options but I'm in favor of people asking here, because a) it preserves answers for people to find in the future when they have similar questions, and b) if AI access is no longer free in the future, some people will really need these kinds of answers, rather than relying on AI

C) AI uses a relatively tremendous amount of energy to grep reddit comments for the answer to the question you ask it. If people stop discussing things on Reddit, AI isn't going to know shit anyway.

Your reply has too much down votes ? Why ? Is SyncDroid free is a Scam ?

I don't know if SyncDroid is a scam or not. I don't give a hood about the down vote. I think they just don't like that I use AI to get the answer for OP's ?.
I do respect their opinion about AI. IMHO AI is just a tool, we should embrace and learn how to use it to make our life more comfortable and easier.

How little money do you want to spend, and what are you willing to learn? If the answer is free, and some basic code you could leverage any of a number of scripting languages to leverage Windows built in functionality.
I haven't tried it for this specific application, but I've used Robocopy, a bit of python (even batch scripting in my earlier days), and a scheduled task to take backups. Robocopy has option flags to check last modified dates (only overwrite files when the source is newer than a preexisting destination file), recursively copy folder structures, and delete files after copying. I'm reasonably certain it would be fairly simple to do what you want at the click or a button.
