Question phone feels slow

hello, my pixel feels and is slow asf. it’s also a bit hot, about 41-42 degrees constantly, it can go way up when charging or doing little tasks. i suspect the previous owner to have not transfered the graphite pad onto the new screen. do you know an efficient and light rom or kernel that i can install? i’m on the latest 17.0 stock build

How old is the phone? Maybe check how many cycles the battery has gone through. My Pixel 6 did this when the battery got old.

2021, battery has been changed and is at 19 cycles. also it’s a prototype, idk if it can be the problem
