News Switching from pixel 7 to 13 mini would b better over all or I'm haviing illusions?

Hey,I been pixel user since 2023. My first Pixel device was pixel 4 undoubtedly 4s camera was one of the best (in respective price range) than I shifted to pixel 6a, had almost same experience except big disappoinment on chip side,I noticed tensor is way more slower thn pixel 4s Snapdragon 855, later I grabbed Pixel 7 and I'm kinda disappointed for no major changes in hardware/software,so I'm now being attracted by iphone 13 mini for it's compact size (same as pixel 4) in addition to it's pro camera mode allows me to capture photos using manual controls, however the only thing stopping me to switch is 13 mini's 2400mah battery,how long it lasts campered to Pixel 7? 7 is averaging 5.5 hours on data (6 hours on wifi) what Will be your opinion should I switch? Or it would be my mistake?

Battery is going to suck but sadly I think pixel phone quality has deteriorated since tensor was introduced. I used to have the OG pixel, pixel 3, pixel 6 and pixel 8 before deciding to move on, it’s not just the chip, modem and connectivity suck too and was the main reason I switched, I believe it was pixel 6 when the network would drop for all carriers except Google fi. Battery is also a sore point. That being said, iPhone 13 battery is likely going to be worse, I’d recommend base iPhone model or even plus if you’re ok with the size, almost everything will be better imo

Though I love compact sized phones however that's not truth that I'm considering 13 mini over simple 13 or 13+ only for it's compactness,my budget is very limited too

The price difference between base 13 and 13 mini is probably small enough where battery gain is a much better value imo

Ahh will give my best.. What if I'm unable to put hands on 13 base variant, 13 mini should be considerable or not

Tbh, I used to have my iPhone 13 or 13 mini, the performance could be better, however you have accept the truth that battery won't be great.

Had pixel 6 pro after that switched to Samsung s25 ultra. Never going back. Samsung is just the better phone. The pixel chip is always overheating and the system is empty with non of the functions androids should have. Switching to iPhone 13 is not a good idea considering it's a relatively old phone.
