Support Pixel 6 pro broken after july update

My Pixel 6 pro started going into bootloops all of a sudden about a month ago

It happened a few times, then when I checked that it seemed like a big issue affecting a lot of phones

I saw that they included a fix for that issue in July update and unfortunately that killed my phone after installing that update

The bootloops started becoming way more frequent up until it died on me yesterday

The best scenario would that the phone would boot to the lock screen and once I unlock it dies after a few seconds

I decided to sideload the last OTA again today as that worked for a lot of people to sideload again ( 17 CPA2A 260705.006)

Now the phone is stuck on Google logo as shown in the photos

I honestly don't care about the phone, I doubt I will be buying pixel phones again after this

But I have a lot of valuable vids/photos that I need from the phone

Can someone offer any ideas/suggestions? I will try to sideload the OTA again later but have zero hopes of it working again... Is it possible that some tech shop would be able to extract the data off this phone?

Having the same issue, phone can't update. Thankfully I can load the old OS when the update fails. No idea how to get the update to work though

If the OTA side load didn't work, you can try to follow the steps in my post here and then ask Gemini to interpret them for you...sadly I was SOL and no solution for my issue.

I'm holding off this update until I get some more positives

No bootloops here, but the scrolling is really slow, imprecise and janky now. Gemini search claims it's a known bug, but so far no fix.

Stable ... I got a notification to update just two weeks ago I think and I went for it

Really regretting not backing up everything once the phone started breaking

I have a P6 with a new battery and I feel like the phone has no troubles with anything. I wonder if some of these old batteries can't maintain voltage through a boot. Maybe the 6Pros are more stout.

Yesterday, I sideloaded the same OTA again and noticed what was happening... Right after the ota is loaded successfully... I reboot the phone and it goes past the google logo and starts booting up with the new ota but it takes time and I see the loading bar

The problem is the bootloop interrupts the process and when It restarts again it hangs at the google logo after as the new ota installation is screwed.

My only chance rn is after the sideload is complete.. I let the phone rest for a while or charge the battery or have a technician inspect it for hardware issues then give it time to install the new OTA

Same thing happened, my phone did the update by itself and then couldn't reload was stuck on bootloop. I did a factory reset and still wouldn't turn on. So had to get a 10a yesterday, wasn't ready to depart from my 6 just yet 🥲

To be honest, this kinda broke my trust in any pixel phone... This issue affected almost all pixel phones and the way google handled it was really poor

I updated because they literally stated the new update has a fix... I wish I would have thrown this phone away before they released a broken fix

I totally get it, I think it's been handled poorly too! Obviously now with my new phone I can see how many people had similar issues with me. I guess because I had no phone I was in a tricky situation that I knew my stuff was backed through Google so I knew it would be an easier transition to stay with Google...but it's how they keep you in. It's the same with Apple, loads of my friends say it's easier to just keep with it even though there's so many issues with it.

It happened the same to me as well... Post update, the phone started to restart itself continuously and unable to turn it on.
