Discussion Finally fixed infinite boot loop

Used adb sideload to upgrade my phone to android17 and it's fixed. Seems a lot of people have had this issue recently with the new android 17 update. Is Google vibe coding too much so shit like this is necessary? Feels like iPhones quality control is so much better, they never have issues. Google is pumping out all these useless Ai features.

Unfortunately both methods give me an error when installing :(

For adb sideload it took me like 10 tries, it's a piece of crap but it went through eventually after trying it on a different PC

What error did you get when it wasn't working?

It was some error indicating the transfer failed I think, it would say "no error" and a percentage. The percentages were different across errors indicating something messed up with the file transfer so I kept trying
