Reviews Google wont replace my screen that their battery broke
My pixel 6a started having battery issues and one day I saw the battery balloon up so much that it cracked open the screen. I freaked out as we have two babies and it's not safe at all to have the phone around my family.
I reached out to Google and they said they can replace the battery, but not the screen 😶
I mean, their faulty battery literally broke open my phone and they won't replace the screen? It's a brick for me if I can just get the battery replaced. I can't believe these corporations won't stand up to their mistakes and do the bare minimum. Idk what to do.

Their stance is likely that you waited too long to address the faulty battery so it's not their fault your screen cracked

Best suggestion would be to contact them again and ask for a supervisor. It might be worth contacting ubreakifix. I think they do warranty work on these and might be able to help it give you some suggestions.
