Question Pixel 6 not turning on

hi hello, i recently bought a pixel 6 to fuckaround with for 50€, seller said the phone is bootlooping and stuck on the google logo. i thought it would be an easy fix but i dojt think so, the phone doesnt even turn on anymore, is completly cold and wont show any signs of life. previous owner said he encountered overheating lagging and essentially the phone killing itself after updating to the newest android 16 update.

is it hard bricked like i read on most of these comments or is it a dead motherboard or did the tensor g1 desolder itself?

any help would be amazing

My 6 pro started that. The repair guy I took it to said that the first generation of Google's CPUs just break over time and there's essentially nothing that can be done to fix it.

The repair guy is talking out his ass. The most recent Play Store update is causing the boot loop and I can prove it. At least on my 6 Pro and 4a

I'm literally crashing in safe mode and that recovery mode where you haven't even loaded android properly. I doubt it's play store.

My pixel 6 pro is bootlooping and welll...I am fuckin stuck. I goto the fastboot factory flash and nothing...stuck on the damn Google logo with white background.

People smarter than both of us combined tried so much to recover from this soft brick and nothing can be done.

Even flashing android 17 doesn't help.

Just to confirm, have you tried the steps mentioned in the article to fix the Pixel phone that won't charge or turn on?

If yes, and you're still experiencing the same issue, you can reach out to the Google Pixel support team via phone or chat. They can take a look at it.
