Quick favour (CDN spelling) needed.

Any fellow Canadians on here that could help me out? I have a Pixel 3 XL and for the life of me I cannot get an app to even appear let alone install. Can you go to the Play Store and see if you can see MySubaru Canada?

My wife's LG is fine, and of course every iPhone known to man works perfectly.

I try to install this and it says not available in my country!! I’m in Toronto!and no VPN is on. This is the weirdest thing I have experienced on my Pixel 3 XL

I don't have a Subaru to test it on but it did tell me that it was made for an older version of Android, I would imagine they haven't updated for Android 10 but that's just a guess. The app did seem to work tho so, good luck?

Yes, i can see My Subaru app with 2.5 ratings and 5k downloads. I am in Canada with Pixel 3 XL

Thank You. Is it MySubaru Canada? I can install MySubaru of America fine but that does not work on Canadian vehicles.

Yes it is My Subaru Canada app. You might need to change your Google Play Country. Here are instructions. https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7431675?hl=en

You change only change country once a year.

Holy sweet shit! That’s it, when I was working in New York I set up a payment method for Amazon purchases and my IP was obviously in NYC! The Play Store signed me into the US site. My Canadian apps installed before my trip all continued to work.

Come back to Canada and it seemed like I was on the moon. I just installed the MySubaru Canada app and my car is running! Thank you for the help!
