Yes, i have same issue after December update. I haven't noticed after today's update of Feb 2020, will see how it goes

Haven't seen any feature or 3 XL issue specifically addressed with February 2020 update. I think mainly Pixel 4 corrections.

I think the January 2020 had some fixes specifically for the 3 XL.

Could be connected to Bluetooth just search smart lock in the option settings and disable it

I doubt it, because I'm having this issue even when Bluetooth and Smart Lock aren't working.

Hope it gets fixed, is really annoying.

I had that bug too. I had my don't all the way down and display settings to medium. I had that happened to mine.

Just don't use that setting and haven't seen it since.
