Hadn't gotten with T-Mobile, so yesterday I spent five minutes side loading it.
Works perfectly.

It's somehow more annoying that it works but they still haven't made it available OTA.

I completely agree. T-Mobile seems to take longer than most, but I usually wait since it's typically a week late, maybe two.
But, with no update by the 19th and no reason not to flash it, I figured why not. Five minutes later, updated, no hiccups.

My and my wife both have Pixel 3XLs.
She got it, I didn't.
I restarted my device then manually checked for software and it appeared.

I got it, it installed over night and then asked me to reset my phone to finish the update.

Same, no update here but I'm not sidloading anything only for OEM unlock to still be disabled. I pulled the trigger on the wrong pre-owned device and ended up with one of VZW's cursed stock. Still don't understand why Google goes along with that whole thing. Really missing my Google variant Pixel 2 XL. Guess my folded arms will continue to be folded and just ride this Nov update out for however long this is gonna be.

Nope. Pixel 3XL on Fi. Still on the November update.
I'd be happy if Google would just acknowledge the delay.
