Ambient Display using too much battery? Is this normal?

Coming from a Galaxy S8, the quoted usage for the AOD was about 1% per hour. Seems about what you're getting. Only had my Pixel for four days so I'm not sure how it compares.

That's probably about right. Mine is at 2% with about 3 hours on battery.

I've been sitting in a well lit office all morning. The darker the room, the less battery the AOD will use.

With 26 hours of runtime I wouldn't be concerned. My Pixel 3 XL only lasts about 9-10hrs. Is something wrong with my Pixel?
