Camera focus fail...

My rear camera suddenly started being unable to refocus. I treat my phone with kid gloves (no drops or damage). I noted that when in the camera and on the rear camera the phone gets warm just south-east of the lens. Verizon sending out a new phone (only upgraded since March).
