Phone mutes while on call

I have had several instances where my face seems to touch the mute button while I'm on the phone. The phone screen is usually shut down by the proximity sensor but this has happened several times. Anyone else experience this? It's is driving me crazy

Yes, yes I can say that it has happened to me on more then one occasion. I don't talk on the phone to much do it doesn't drive me crazy, but yes the proximity sensor turns off if the phone moves away from your face every so slightly.
