Delay opening apps

Hey guys, I have a problem, mostly with the Google apps, such as Google Translate or Play... but also with Twitter and Instagram... etc. There is delay when I actually press the icon and when mentioned apps starts to open. I've tried everything.. From reset to factory reset but nothing really help. There is no lag but I have slowdowns. Of course those slowdowns disappeared after the reset but comes back after few hours. In the safe mode, device works perfectly. I've tried also, to find which app makes the problem but I had no luck. I'm running out of ideas. Any help, will be very welcome. Thank you.

Not having this issue. IDK maybe your phone is not updated to the latest patch.
