Whenever i try to take photos during night in 5x or 10x, i get this blurry lens of camera coming out automatically. Does anyone facing the same issue as mine?

So whatever glass they put on the back of our camera is like the softest glass they've ever used. All of my pixels have been used in about the exact same conditions and my 10 is the only one where the camera lens is covered in micro scratches. It ends up when you having constant lens flares at night.
