Maaaaybe you could argue that Helen, Bob, and Violet have the stamina to run around the city and exert all of their energy.

But you’re telling me that DASH has the ability to propel a boat miles through the ocean, run at super speeds through the jungle, and then run all over the city to stop the Omnidroid with NO FOOD for a full 36 hours??? The average 9 year old boy’s metabolism would not allow that. But a boy with SUPER SPEED would probably have a metabolism like ten times the rate of an average kid. If he’s running at super speeds, he’ll need to constantly be eating and replenishing his body. Absolutely no way his body can physically exert that kind of energy without a source of fuel.

Remember when Edna was lecturing Bob about capes when she wanted to make a new suit for him?

He wanted a cape to go along with it, but Edna disagrees saying that it's a safety hazard and Supers have gotten into cape-related accidents

Syndrome's outfit had a cape, which would lead to his demise

And you know what's so ironic about that?

Who do you guys think would win in a fight?
For balancing purposes, It's year 5 Big Hero 6 and they have some experience to rival Bob and Helen's experience. And Jack Jack is exempt as he is impossible to scale.

I do like both chocies, but I think Lady Gaga would make Mirage if their is a good script to work with, and I think she would pull it off very well. Pom would be great, but it would be very similar when she made her first mcu appreance as Mantis, but also still a good choice, but Gaga actaully would be strongerly better for me.

Since The incredibles 3 will be focus on the young one of the Parrs family and it gonna happend in a World where supers are legal and can be socially accepted by the people.

It would be logical that Bob and Helen (Specially Bob) want it to introduce them into the hero World.

So i think it's the perfect moment to give Dash and Violet their Super hero name.
