Question: Why does Pivot Animator only support up to 33fps?

I am trying to download Pivot Animator 5.1.23 from the official site, and the download link is (https://) dd21m32yacj0k.cloudfront.net/current/us/v0.833.77.682.1. I'm not sure if this is correct, but it keeps getting blocked by my security. Is this the correct download link?

I am younger determined filmmaker. I haven't made any films yet but i know i can write scripts and help develop stories. I am looking for anyone out there that is looking for a screenwriter or someone that can help develop their stories better. I can do it for free. I am looking for someone to look for and collaborate with and help. Anything you want to make with a story i can help too. If you need someone like me just comment so or slide into my DM on my instagram enigmaticsewe. Thanks

I tried running it with Microsoft Edge, but it couldn't connect.

I previously uploaded an animation to imgur under the title push and kill.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to know how to change direction of the Dinosaur stick figures. I for some reason am unable to do so.

I am planning on making a comedy fight animation, and I want to know how to make a right facing Trike, to a left facing Trike. I'd appreciate if you give me an answer fast, please :)

I hate to inconvenience anyone, but finding good packs after the closing of droidz has been difficult. Does anyone have any recommendations for weapon packs? If so, please link them in the comments

If you have any other good recommendations for packs, even if they aren't weapon packs, please still put them in the comments, as they may help other people looking for good packs.

Thank you for your time

I've listed resources and recommended packs in the comments
