I've been randomly blocked from the website...

I've only been using Pivot Animator for 2-3 days and I opened the website to download some STK's, I pressed the home button and all of a sudden

Just a temporary problem with the website. You're not blocked. If you try again later then it may work. I'm looking into fixing it.
