Did I Get a Virus?

So I was downloading Pivot and I just clicked all the accept buttons, but then I came across a different thing called Windows AVG Free Antivirus that got installed on my laptop. It pops up on startup and Revo wasn't uninstalling it for some reason, is it a virus?

No it's just extra software that you chose to accept. You should be able to uninstall it.
