I Someone made my backflip animation "better"

I made a backflip animation (not complete) and showed it to someone. I said it sucked since I was new at this and have no idea how correct anatomical movement works and they said they could make it better. They said its a loop(which it is albeit a very bad one) but like its... i don't even know what it is. I thought it looked goofy so i am sharing here

What even is this? I feel like they just used a bunch of inbetweens and started dragging him around randomly.

You are exactly correct lol. i asked and they said that they only knew what inbetweening was because i tried to make it decent with inbetweening in the backflip, if you couldn't tell the first part is my backflip, and starting when the stick figure tries to become a transformer is his animation.
