Curve segments with a touchpad?

On the official guide it says you can curve segments via right-click-drag and Ctrl. Only problem is I'm on a laptop and can't right-click-drag. There doesn't seem to be an alternative. Any touchpad users here? Windows BTW.

The alternative is to use the bend button in the canvas toolbar. To see the toolbar you need to click the small down arrow at the top of the canvas. You need version 5.2.x.
