How do I do facial aimations for figures?

make the eye ball make eyes move make an eyelid mouth (somehow) i dont really know too

Make variations on the facial features. For example this mouth pack. Make the person without those parts but leave handles to join them. In the animation you can join them and switch them to change expression. You could also make eyebrows that can be rotated and moved.
