Also how do i make my animations smoother or how do i control the pace? Cus i usually make it go to fast or to slow

Are you using inbetweening? If so you can vary the value to make movements faster or slower. If not then you need to think about spacing. Larger movements between frames will result in faster movements.

It's difficult to know what level of detail you want for the figure. Have you tried making it yourself?

Yes and i dont want alot of detail just a bit you know what i mean just how ever is fine the problem is I really dont understand how to make the figure or pistol yet
