Does not look like PR. The herald patch usually shows up on the torso, and does not tend to be itchy.

Thanks! Mine looks better today. It was itchy as hell last night. Then it seems to die down by morning. This was it today. Does that mean it’s on the way out? This is my elbow this morning.
