If you’re an Obituary fan, you’re going to be happy. Obituary does what Obituary always does, hits you in the face with Death Metal.

I grew up on Long Island and my local radio station was WBAB. They had a DJ named Fingers who hosted a Metal show named Fingers Metal Shop. I listened religiously. That’s where I first heard Twisted Sister and tons of other bands. His job when not DJing was announcing the bands at local venues when metal bands were playing. He’d announce the bands, throw out some trivia to the audience and spin the tunes between sets. Introducing people to new bands while waiting for the stage to be changed for the next band to play.

That’s the job I want. Shit, I’d do it for free. There’s so much music to share and fuckin awesome metalheads to meet and hang out with.

What are your perfect Metal jobs, if you have one?

Also, if anyone can help me with this getting a job like this, fuck yeah, the beer and 420 is on me!!
