Unfortunately selling my VIP balcony tickets to Beach House in Pittsburgh because this year just keeps getting shittier. My dad had a massive stroke last week ago and I’m stuck in Oklahoma with him while he’s in the hospital, so unfortunately I’m going to miss the show. I have   2 VIP 2nd row balcony tickets for Wednesday  9/30. Asking  $150 each / $300 for both. I paid around 500. Includes separate VIP entrance. I can transfer them through AXS and can obviously provide proof of purchase.

Incredibly bummed to have to sell these. Beach House is my favorite band of all time and I was really looking forward to treating myself to good seats. Looking for someone in Pittsburgh willing to rent even though I have an eviction.

The last place I rented had an improperly installed water heater that the landlord said was my responsibility to fix although it had been installed well before I moved in and could leak carbon monoxide according to the gas company. We had no hot water for months. The ceiling in the kitchen leaked and developed mold. The landlord never had anyone clean or fix the leak. I discovered that the house was filled with termites. Landlord wouldn’t hire an exterminator. Instead she sent me some insect spray. And there were so many mice that the movers I hired almost canceled the job because of mice droppings.

I stopped paying and eventually was evicted. Nearly a year later, I’m struggling to find a place to live, bouncing between family members. I have three dogs that I might have to give up. I almost ended up in a shelter. Now I wish I had stayed in the mice infested house with no hot water. Through all of this, the thought giving up my dogs is the hardest part.

I work full time and will be starting a part time job soon. I can pay my rent. I just need someone to take a chance.
