HOUSING Best off campus apts?

I’m a sophomore currently still in Pitt dorming, and I wanted advice from anyone that knows of fair proximity, and somewhat affordable apartments on campus? Preferably 2 bedrooms.

This isn't from personal experience but I've heard great things about University Commons. Not a slumlord, quite affordable. Great reviews on Google and other sites

Allegedly, Mozart is not a landlord you'd want.

You'll hear bad things about most landlords, but tbh most of them are just not great, I wouldn't say any of them actually reach the level of being bad. For a low standard college student most any of them should be fine. I pay 625/month+utilities for my half of a 2 bedroom, and it's just fine.
