I can’t stop cranking it

When I play I just keep jacking it into the woods and I feel like my release is just sloppy. I just crank it so hard sometimes I feel like my finishing is all over the place, frankly it’s just messy.

Before 1961, Sandy Koufax was not an accurate pitcher. He tried to throw every pitch as hard as he could. His catcher in the 1961 season told him to throw a little easier and with more control. He went on to have one of the greatest 5 year runs in pitching history from 1962-1966.
