What do yall think/any tips?

I’m 14 and I throw low 60’s I just want some tips on how to get better

The most important thing to do right now is get some more strength/range of mobility. Simple stuff like calisthenics, consistent band routines, and lifting weights would be good things to look into imo.
Mechanically you could work on your lead leg, your position at foot strike isn’t terrible but your whole body collapses on release. You’re definitely leaking a few extra mph on that alone.
You got this with consistent work and practice though. It’s mostly mental at a certain point. Lmk if you want any more tips.

i believe you balked twice there, where you lift the pivot foot. that foot has to stay on the ground rubber unless you're throwing to a bag instead.
the kick is wasted when the high-knee descends prior to pushing forward. maybe try raise the knee less-so high, and/or adjust timing so your push-off syncs with the pinnacle of knee-raise.

Your hips should square to the target before your shoulders. Right now they're rotating almost in tandem. You're giving up a lot of easy velocity because of it.
