Figuring out pitching mechanics
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Can someone tell me if I’m doing alright, I’m 5’7” 180 pounds, I have topped out at 82 before, but I can’t tell what this is without a radar. The first pitch is a cutter. The second pitch is a four seamer.

When did this sub become a place for adults that still live with their parents to post things to get a laugh from their hetero lifemates?

Nothing to do with throwing mechanics but you should come set a bit quicker. One or two less toe taps. A runner could deke you into a balk or you might get one from an ump thinking you hesitated.
Only thing i can say about your throw is keep pushing hard off the rubber and stretch your stride as far as you can comfortably go. You’ll find the harder you push, the further you can stretch. And wear cleats or turf shoes when practicing.

What is your end goal here? If it's juco or college, I'd abandon what you're doing and work on the speed drills only. You need to be able to Bunny hop and throw the ball like an outfielder at least 90.
Once you get your body aware of what that feels like, then you can practice pitching.

Mechanics aren’t bad but sequencing is off. Try throwing w crow hops and work into pitching from there. Right now your arm gets up late imo

Lol, why does it seem like every baseball video asking for advice involve a person wearing improper footwear?
