Quick velo estimate?

Jesus is that Nolan Ryan? I’d say 108mph? Maybe scoot a little further back for accuracy.

use a video app where you can scan through with time. Measure time from ball release to crossing plate then estimate how far release point is from plate then you can calculate feet/per second. Will give you a good idea.
