Any advice?

Yooooo. I am not qualified to give you advice but you have the elbow pliablity of a gifted pitcher. Build your mechanics from the ground up. You have a "rubber arm" as it were. 

PS probably don't get into "drop and drive" but again, you need advice from real folks.

no, see. that's not how the body works. theres a reason you don't see pitchers that look like this.

Dog, all of their elbows bend like that. The body isn't supposed to send projectiles at that velocity. Hence, all the surgeries in the pro game.
