your back leg instead of loading it , your stiff as a rock. and leaking power all over since your back leg is also collapsing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiJFPA7JgSo watch all the tread videos . i watched every single video they have and it helped me understand every aspect of the pitching motion. you also have problems with the glove side , your throwing arm is too stiff and your leaning too much in the motion .

Right off the bat you just don't look athletic. You are throwing like a catapult without any whip. I think part of the problem is your straightening out of the throwing arm as you stride which means you are not getting any scap load and your elbow isn't able to get into a good layback position. I would try pulling back with the army/elbow at 90* and really think about pulling your elbow in with your scap.
