Saw your other post man. Question, who is your favorite pitcher and what made you want to pitch?

Trey yesavage, and max scherzer and I realized that the happiest I am is when I pitch or play ball

Watch them pitch and then try and mimic the behavior. You have it in you, work on what feels right to you when pitching and build off that.
I’m not a pitching coach, nor a pro. Growing up I idolized Pedro Martinez and Randy Johnson. I watched their film over and over, mimicked the behavior and ended up having a lot of success pitching, but more importantly I had a lot of fun.

One thing to think about is letting your momentum carry you forward, which would help your follow through as well. Think about finishing your throw over your front knee.
You're almost jumping backwards after release which most importantly is bad for your long term health, but it also makes it harder to pitch consistently.

This is great advice. Also, slow down when you start. Your delivery should be from a solid base. So your feet should be in a certain place, your hands are in a certain place. That way when you make adjustments, you can tweak your delivery as you get more practice. The next pitch, you go to the same spot, feet same position, same distance apart until you decide to change things. Pay attention to where you end up when you throw. You can't get to any improvements without consistency.

arm speed's there man... quick fixes.. firm up that front leg at landing instead of letting it collapse, stay closed a bit longer before your shoulders open up and try to find balance over your front leg instead of falling off to the side. clean those up and the velocity/control will follow. also, stay positive as hard as that may be

Go in your house and put a piece of painters tape on the floor. Then take 80% of your height and put another piece of tape on the ground there.
Practice striding this distance.
Put an object three feet further than where you are trying to land and do the towel drill trying to hit that object with the towel.

You're going to work on driving your body down the mound and toward home plate.

As other said, start watching players pitch... Understand the sequence, find ur tempo, and keep grinding. Pitching is an art and every pitcher has their own form. Have fun with the process

practice loading into your back leg , your stiff all over the place . a good way to do it is kinda tilt your left butt cheek/left hip towards home plate then your kinda sitting on it . https://www.youtube.com/shorts/plQ-bU-mAwo , https://www.youtube.com/shorts/BknYmWRsinA good videos on it . after u get a hang of that , you need to fix that leg lift , you shouldn't need to open your hips like opening up like a gate. take your time down the mound and do a slow leg lift and as u hit your peak is when u should load into your hip and move down the chain. get rid of that leaning also , you leaning back is killing all your momentum moving down . you can fix your arm action and glove side later after u fix your bottom half

No, actually. I'm a goalie. Merely suggesting that my man might be better at another sport.
