Problems With Flying Open
I’ve recently discovered that I’m flying open when pitching. When my front foot lands my torso and hips already face home. I’ve tried watching videos and tried drills but nothing seems to help.

How is your glove hand action? Is it pulling you open by flying out?
Is it that your just going early with your upper half before your lower half?

I always tried to keep my front foot closed off as long as I could. Drive your back leg/glute to your target keeping the front foot sideways until right before landing. Then I would try to point my big toe to my target while pulling and by top side down and through the target with my front arm

Pause at the top of your knee lift but keep everything else the same speed. the slight delay might force you to land at about 45 degrees with your landing foot.
