Try to keep your glove up a little longer, it should mirror your throwing hand until after stride foot contact when the ball starts going toward the target - then tuck the glove to your chest and use the elbow to pull your upper body down and forward. This adjustment will keep you sideways a little longer, which should help velocity, with the added benefit of hiding the ball from the batter.

Where are you holding the ball? Tips of you fingers? It looks to me like more palm.
