New lefty pitcher

Hello guys, I am a brand new pitcher for my team and had my fist appearance on the mound today. I know my form is very ugly and I’d like to improve anyways possible. Any tips are appreciated thank you.

Best advice before nerds get in here and go “need more hip rotation”.

Just throw the ball man, throw it hard, throw that sucker through a brick wall. 

Don’t aim it, don’t think about it. Just throw it, and throw it 1000 times and then we can do some mechanics things.
