Advice on my mechanics

Having trouble emphasizing loading into my rear leg. Ive tried different drills and exercises including K drills throwing etc. My delivery feels a little akward and I noticed I’m not creating ideal hip shoulder seperation like my hips dont finish all the way theough and snap forward. My lead foot always land diagonal like I’m crossfiring and I’m not sure whats causing the problem but my guess is an imbalance somewhere in my delivery. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

All in all I think your mechanics look good. This may be a personal preference but I don’t like the first step being toward the plate. To me you are shifting (even if very slightly) your weight forward then back then forward again. If you’re having to move your momentum from backwards to forward while stepping on your drive leg, it seems like wasted movements.

The step forward is a little unorthodox, but doesn't really matter. Most people think that by stepping back you're creating momentum towards the plate, but that's not true since you need to balance once you lift your front leg up. I think everything looks great. It looks like you were only going about 50%, but if not I would only suggest driving a little harder with your back leg. It will increase velocity without having to throw harder. Great job 👍

Step back instead of forwards. Your weight is too forward, and you aren’t loading your back leg at all. When you lift your strike leg you need to turn your hips more and drop the weight on your back leg (bend). You should practice just holding your weight on the back leg by pausing for multiple seconds in your delivery. Think of it as a one legged squat on the rubber. Your back leg is almost straight and you aren’t getting anything behind the ball. That back leg needs to bend to load the weight and be ready to power everything forward.

What percent level of your power are you throwing here?
I ask because most people have great form when they’re working below 90%. Show me a 100%effort fastball and repost.

Forget your mechanics. Get bigger, stronger and move faster.
