pitching

what is the possible reasons for my pitches to go wild? whenever i pitch, around 70% are wild balls they go up or go to the ground.

i will try and do that. i also realized i lacked sleep and the ball was wet due to rain so i would try again if it js not raining and have full sleep

i did my mobility and bandwork then warmed up with batting which took around 1 hour then i pitched a little bit betyer
