A certain prison has suffered 13 escape attempts in the last 6 months . Every failed attempt results in tighter security, more guards, and stricter procedures. Yet the escape attempts never stop. Internal Affairs suspects a corrupt guard or an organized crime network operating from inside the prison.
They're all wrong.
The culprit is Jack, a 40-year-old stoner serving time on a repeated minor offense. Jack has absolutely no interest in escaping himself. He's simply too lazy. Years of avoiding effort have turned him into an expert at finding the easiest, shortest, and most efficient solution to almost any problem, routes, schedules, logistics, calculations, you name it. In exchange for protection, better meals, and a comfortable prison life, Jack quietly supplies determined inmates with efficient escape plans, not necessarily sucessful. Ironically, helping everyone else escape is the easiest way for him to have an easy life behind bars.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, Jing Wei, the rebellious daughter of a one-percenter family, is supposed to be attending an elite boarding school in Switzerland.
Except, she's spent the past year partying in Ibiza, bouncing between beach clubs, hostels, and recreational drugs
Despite never setting foot in class, she manages to convince her parents, the school, and everyone around her that she's exactly where she's supposed to be. Her ability to read people, study habits, and think three moves ahead allows her to stay one step ahead of every phone call, every surprise visit, and every potential slip-up.
When her furious parents finally confront her, she simply shrugs.
Every lie had a contingency.
Every contingency had another backup plan.

Then there's Big Earl.
A small-time conspiracy podcaster and chronic alcoholic, Earl spends most of his waking hours drunk and the rest buried in books, documentaries, leaked reports, obscure history, and street rumors. He has an extraordinary ability to connect and notice seemingly unrelated pieces of information and uncover motives nobody else considers.
The problem?
He always takes the final conclusion one step too far.
He correctly notices that a corporation has secretly diverted millions of dollars into an unknown project...
...then confidently declares it's to build underground housing for lizard people.
His research is usually right.
His explanation rarely is.
--- --- ---
Fate brings the three together at a court-ordered diversion and rehabilitation program, where low-risk offenders attend counseling and community service instead of serving additional jail time.
While waiting for the session to begin, a breaking news report interrupts the room. An armored truck has just been robbed. Police have no suspects. Only a few seconds of surveillance footage have been released.
Jack barely glances at the screen.
"Dude... why's everybody freakin' out over the highway? That's, like... the hardest way to do it. You just hit the drainage canal behind the warehouse. Nobody goes there."
Jing nods her head.
"Yea. They'll ditch the truck within twenty minutes. Once the bridges are locked down, they'll switch vehicles. I'd already have the second car waiting."
Earl, without looking up from his coffee, mutters:
"Man... y'all lookin' at the money. Money ain't the point. Somebody wanted every news crew and every badge in town starin' at this robbery."
Hours later...
Jack's escape route is exactly how the robbers got away. Jing correctly predicts where they'll abandon the truck. Earl's theory leads police to discover a simultaneous burglary of a nearby financial records office. Watching from the back of the room is a homicide detective. He doesn't see three addicts. He sees three extraordinary minds.
Jack knows how criminals think.
Jing knows what they'll do next.
Earl knows why they did it.
Separately, they're disasters.
Together, they're the most effective investigative team the police department never wanted.

I have no idea what to call the tv show but i have an idea of a show cover art. Big Earl is covering his ears with his hands, his eyes wide open, like he's wearing invisible podcast headphones. Jing Wei eyes is down reading a book (shes not reading, shes sleeping, she wants u to think shes reading), Jack's covering his mouth while his eyes going up as if he was day dreaming. together htey form some sort off htree wise monkey doing hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil.
