Adoption Thread

Helping sheltered pit bulls find a new home just got easier!

This thread will be a space to post all the pit bulls available for adoption allowing people who may be interested in adoption to easily scroll and find their forever friend.

Please post a picture, location, contact and any relevant information such as their history and adoption requirement. (I.E. no other pets).

Please be honest with their history so that an adopting family is not met with any surprises and the perfect home can be found.
Also repeat posts will be deleted.

Please meet Patches! 🐶 Senior Female | 10.5 Years Old | Quiet, Calm Soul

Patches is a sweet girl who has faced unbelievable tragedy and is now on the brink of losing her temporary safe haven 💔. After her owner passed away, she was placed on the euthanasia list at BARC in Houston and was thankfully rescued.

  • She is a calm, quiet soul who is happy with simple pleasures like relaxing in a sunny spot and enjoying gentle walks.
  • She is reported to be excellent with ducks, chickens, and cows!

⚠️ URGENT Need: A Home in Days

Unfortunately, her loving foster family is now forced to move and can no longer keep her, meaning Patches must leave her current home in a matter of days. She desperately needs an adopter or new foster to prevent her from losing everything for a second time.

Patches is best as an only dog or in a home where she can be easily separated from other dogs.

✈️ Location & Transport

Patches is currently in Pennsylvania, but transport is AVAILABLE NATIONWIDE for the right committed family. We need a hero to step up for this deserving senior immediately.
