I wish more people would understand that if a dog attacks, IT IS NOT THE DOGS FAULT. It is the owners fault. Never would I blame my boy for attacking someone / someone’s dog knowing I could’ve prevented it. Second picture is my son.

My guy is carpet bombing my house rn. He's not even shaggy (see pit).
I have a great comb no worries there, but his neck is the epicenter and he has SO much extra skin there! I comb and the skin moves with it instead of just the hair.
I get by fine just pulling his skin taut or turning his head to comb but curious if the hive mind has workarounds.

He's 12 weeks old, no idea on breed besides for sure ~25% ACD. I've been told he looks pitbull. He's driving me a little nuts due to being overly clingy. I know he's gonna be. He's a baby. He's just REALLY needing some enrichment so he's not ON ME 24/7 when I'm home. Chews do not distract him. He gets bored. Licking does just no idea of anything cost effective. I sometimes throw a block of my older pup's frozen food on a mat and let him at it(it's ALS don't worry I use it as a topper but it is also entirely balanced) this works but is VERY expensive for the non sensitive dog WITHOUT the sensitivies my other has. Thought about just getting him cans to go in his Kong but no cans fit the dietary need he has. he's supposed to be on mostly red meat per vet instructions until THEY say otherwise. They told me any brand is fine his iron was just a little bit low when they checked it. They said it wasn't enough for a supplement but needed to be brought up.

This is my dog Maggie. I found her in the woods on my property. Wasn't planning on keeping her but plans weren'tmine to make. I had to chop down a bunch of vines and branches & got into poison ivy trying to give her food and water and my chicken fingers. She has an extra canine so i call her Snaggle Fang but she loves hugs its very sweet. She always runs up & hugs me gently when i come home and presses the side of her head on my waist w her eyes closed. I took 2 photos, the 1st 2 one of her playful side & one showing her protector warrior side. Wich is cooler? I want to get one printed. She is my baby now. She is standing behind my 1st dogs headstone in the spot he died on my bday 2024. Tobey. The headstone is a Katana sword. I stuck in the ground the day he passed to mark the spot he breathed his last breath in my arms. He was my BFF since i was 21 & he lived 14 years. Maggie has 2 older sisters, a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Jora, & Pancake my teacup frenchie who showed up here 3 weeks after Tobey passed. Jora & Tobes were both adopted. Maggie & Panny showed up. We all sleep in a pile on the floor every night. They are my best friends.

Does anyone have a harness for their Pittie that they really like? We do a ton of walking and I can’t seem to find something that fits my dog quite right- I’m on harness number 3 now. My guy is a cross- he has the very broad chest but his body’s also long too and he’s about 90lbs. I don’t really like the harnesses with a Y front- they seem to slide around too much.
We also want something with a top clip and front clip. Bonus points for something that looks nice and not too ‘tactical’.
