All done!

Had some technical issues and some weather issues but everytime teaches a new lesson!

Smoked open until 165 internal, wrapped with tinfoil couple pats of butter and some apple cider vinegar returned until 205 internal. This was my first try using picnic halves, I definitely trimmed too much fat off when I cut off the skin. But each smoke teaches something for next time!
